P90X/TurboFire Hybrid Day 1 DECIDE COMMIT SUCCEED!!!

So Day 1 wasn't as bad as I thought. Don't get me wrong, IT WAS ROUGH but, I did give my all! That's all I want you to do. I want you to come back everyday and just do your best! I want you to fill your body with all the appropriate vitamins and nutrients. Fill you mind with positive energy. When doing these workout, I do 3 things!


DECIDE
I decided a long time ago that the best of me should come out and it was my responsibility to make that happen. There is no turning back at that point. Once a decision is made... STICK WITH IT!


COMMIT
Commit yourself to YOU! Set up your goals. Make a To-Do list. I suggest to do Chalene Johnson's 30 Day Challenge. I will promote this 'til kingdom come because it was the catalyst that helped me move forward in a clear, guided manner to figure out what I needed to do to accomplish my goals.


SUCCEED
